1.Set Clear Boundaries with Technology
As a human being it’s very easy to get lost in digital world. I think we have to set specific time for checking emails and social media notifications. For that, assign 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon for checking all notifications. Outside these windows, We have to turn off all notifications and focus on your tasks ,it’s help to create a productive day for us.
2. Create a No-Screen Rule at Meals
Create screen-free zones in your home or workplace. This could be the dining room, bedroom, or a specific area in your office. Use these spaces for activities that don’t require technology, like reading, meditating, or spending quality time with family.
3. Schedule Regular Breaks
Whole day just staring at a screen for hours and hours can lead to eye strain and headache. In this case we have work on the Pomodoro Technique. In which we work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break. Take a step away from your screen and stretch your body or take a walk that can help you to feel relax and make you more productive.
4. Prioritize Offline Activities
When we daily spend too much time on digital devices can lead you burnout . Make a conscious effort to involve more offline activities into your daily routine that refresh your mood daily and you feel energetic. This could be anything you do like jogging, cooking, gardening, or playing a board game ,spending time with our family ,meet old friends.
